Afinia's general manager, Javier Lastra Fuscaldo, is a lawyer from the Corporación Universitaria de la Costa (Unicosta) and has a specialization in Administrative Law from the Universidad Libre de Colombia.
In his professional career, he has extensive knowledge of the Caribbean Region and experience as manager and legal representative in power generation, transmission and distribution companies.
Javier Lastra had been working as an external advisor in the Administrative Unit of Public Services (UAESP) of the District of Bogotá.
